TDC Group is proud to have built programs that directly address these and other social determinants of health, and the commitment of our employees is felt in the communities where we live and work. 3 At TDC Group, our inextricable alignment with the healthcare profession drives our advocacy for improved access to care and the health of the entire community. Our commitment is demonstrated as we: • Match the volunteer and financial contributions of our employees. • Make corporate charitable donations that directly support the communities where we live and work. • Fund patient safety initiatives to improve clinical outcomes through The Doctors Company Foundation. Our employees contribute to urgent community needs even as they honor standing commitments to charitable causes close to their hearts, and we match their donations and volunteer hours to increase their impact. Partnerships with local nonprofits are key to understanding the needs of individual communities. Our community investment programs contribute to healthy communities, whether we are matching the volunteer hours of an employee at a food bank, providing funding for a local clinic to expand services, or contributing to recovery efforts on the ground following a natural disaster. And for nearly 20 years, The Doctors Company Foundation has advanced patient safety innovation through supporting both education and research. Everywhere our members and insureds deliver care, our employees and our contributions power our communities. Our programs make a difference in people’s lives. 4 COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAMS IN ACTION Honored to Be Recognized in the Places We Live and Work The Doctors Company was the recipient of the Corporate Community Service Award from the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) at its Heart of Napa awards ceremony in May 2025. The award recognized both The Doctors Company’s organization-wide culture of volunteerism and philanthropy and our meaningful impact within the Napa County community. Attended by more than 200 nonprofit leaders, volunteers, elected officials, and business and community representatives each year, CVNL’s Heart of Napa awards honor the individuals and organizations whose contributions make the Napa Valley a healthier, more compassionate, and more resilient community. The Doctors Company also sponsored CVNL’s 2025 Heart of Napa Award for Excellence in Leadership, which was awarded to Celine Regalia of Providence Community Health Napa Valley for building and integrating community-centered health and aging services in Napa County. 5 Empowering Employees to Increase Their Community Impact TDC Group’s Employee Gift Matching Program empowers employees to help improve the social determinants of health within their own communities. Employees can have their charitable giving to nonprofit organizations matched by TDC Group—a dollar-for-dollar match for financial donations and a flat-rate financial donation per hour of volunteer work— thereby doubling the impact of their giving. The gift-matching guidelines are intentionally broad so that employees’ giving can reflect their values and meet the needs of the most vulnerable in their particular communities. In 2025, TDC Group donated nearly $300,000 for employee matches. EMPLOYEE GIFT MATCHING PROGRAM NEARLY Spotlight on October Double-Match Month The phrase “giving season” usually refers to November and December. However, TDC Group likes to get a head start by doubling the matches for employees each year during the month of October. In 2025, employees submitted 237 requests to double match their donations. The result is a combined total impact of $195,800 donated across 171 nonprofit organizations for the month of October! I am a big animal lover and have donated to local rescue groups for as long as I can remember. Tallahassee has a significant pet overpopulation, and local shelters are overwhelmed, so when I saw information about Last Hope Rescue, I knew I wanted to support them. The name says it all: They are truly the last hope for the dogs they pull from the shelter. I’ve been a monthly donor to sponsor a fostered dog for about 10 years now. When I joined The Doctors Company seven years ago, I took advantage of the matching program to double my monthly donation to Last Hope Rescue. Tallahassee may be Florida’s state capital, but it doesn’t have a lot of big companies that would offer this type of benefit for their employees, so I was thrilled to have this new way to literally double my giving every month. I also serve on the board of the Animal Shelter Foundation. For that, I take advantage of The Doctors Company’s volunteer hours match— it’s another way employees can support causes important to them, even if a financial donation isn’t in their budget, that is just as powerful for the nonprofit organization. Working with these two organizations has made me realize just how meaningful a predictable, monthly donor program is to the success of smaller nonprofit organizations. Being able to count on a consistent stream of donations allows them to not only run their program on a day-today basis, but to plan for the future. To this day, it blows me away that I work for a company that empowers all its employees to support organizations important to us. Being able to count on our Lifesavers Circle members’ monthly gifts makes a lasting impact, allowing us to say yes to more homeless animals’ needs and plan with more confidence for the future. It also allows us to build a relationship with donors and keep the conversation going regarding their support.” “ Alix Kalfin Development Director Animal Shelter Foundation 6

7 RELIEVING HUNGER WITH RECURRING DONATIONS, MATCHED Each time I see community announcements from my son’s school about California’s Second Chance Breakfast program, I remember how common food insecurity is. More than 20 percent of California households experience food insecurity—and among households with children, the proportion is even higher. For me, making donations to Yolo Food Bank is foundational. The Doctors Company’s matching program allows me to set it and forget it: The recurring donation took me five minutes to set up, but every time I see some news about food insecurity and think, “I should donate to the food bank,” then I remember, “Oh wait, I already did.” I hope any employee who hasn’t yet applied the recurring match to their favorite cause will try it. 8 I’ve always been passionate about taking care of unique things—I am an avid antiques collector and reader. I’ve also experienced struggles throughout life and times of having less. Especially in such moments, support from those around me has been instrumental in my success. The importance of community is something that I appreciate firsthand and for which I have so much gratitude. That’s why, now, I donate to more than a dozen organizations. Two organizations I contribute to speak to the lifelong learner in me. I support Michigan Public Broadcasting because I’ve always found its programming valuable. Their content is wonderful for kids, and they are active in the local community. I donate to Reading Is Fundamental, because I remember how much receiving those free books meant to me as a child. I’m a big proponent of objective journalism, so I also support the East Lansing Insider for local news coverage, as well as ProPublica’s investigative journalism, because through partnerships with local newsrooms, they report on stories that can spark real-world impact and positive change. Among organizations I’ve discovered along the way and been inspired by, some have broad reach, like the Jacques Pépin Foundation, which provides cooking education for those who DONATING LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY Amy Frutin Senior Cloud Engineer, Information Technology The Doctors Company

9 experience barriers to employment. Charities like Oxfam America, Alzheimer’s Research Association, and The Nature Conservancy each champion their causes to great effect as well. Others have a more local focus. OurSpace’s Juneteenth Celebration offers a special platform for cultural appreciation, community building, and connection. Hope Network’s Neuro Rehabilitation program cares for those with traumatic brain injuries, supporting the comeback journeys of people who, in many cases, must learn how to live again. Some donations are made monthly; others one time. Either way, The Doctors Company’s Fidelity app makes it easy to multiply my donations’ significance. I love the October double-match program, so I save my most important gifts for that occasion. While my individual donations might not be grand, The Doctors Company’s matching program amplifies their impact, which encourages and enables me to give back to the causes I care deeply about. When the world feels like it’s in upheaval, what keeps me focused and hopeful is seeing people helping others. Those who coordinate the logistics and work to build and run these organizations—they’re the magic to me. They remind me that human nature is still good. When the world feels like it’s in upheaval, what keeps me focused and hopeful is seeing people helping others.” “

10 As actuaries, supporting math education is profoundly important to us: When we invest in students, we inspire and equip the next generation, ensuring the continued growth and excellence of our profession. The Actuarial Foundation empowers more than 16,000 students each year through free math education programs, tutoring, mentoring, and academic competitions. By leveraging the talents and resources of the actuarial community, its programs help students discover their potential, overcome obstacles, gain confidence, build skills, and pursue successful careers in STEM fields. When a colleague reached out to me about The Doctors Company participating in The Actuarial Foundation’s programs, I was happy to find ways for us to support them. I’ve always given to organizations during The Doctors Company’s October double-match program, which matches at 200 percent, and I learned that The Actuarial Foundation has an Impact2 Challenge that matches gifts from first-time donors. That meant we could in effect quadruple the value of any donation we put together. I reached out to my coworkers to see if we could support this as a team, and they came through in a big way: By the end of the month, we had achieved a total impact of over $20,000! I recently volunteered as a judge for a competition held by The Actuarial Foundation, which was a great opportunity to see how our contributions make a difference for kids who may not have access to a EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION Richard Soulsby, FCAS, MAAA Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary, TDC Group and The Doctors Company 16,000 STUDENTS/YEAR THE ACTUARIAL FOUNDATION SUPPORTS OVER

I was very impressed with their skills and development. I’m proud of my colleagues for coming together to give these kids access and opportunity to thrive in the STEM fields, and I’m proud of my company for supporting its employees’ efforts to make a lasting impact for the greater good. Support from individuals and companies like The Doctors Company makes a direct and meaningful difference in our ability to enhance math education and financial literacy for students nationwide. Their generosity helps us build students’ confidence in math, cultivate the next generation of problem solvers, and inspire them to pursue careers in the actuarial profession and beyond. Partnerships like this are essential to expanding opportunities and creating lasting impact for thousands of students each year.” Emlyn Bertsche Director of Development and Marketing The Actuarial Foundation “ $20,000+ IMPACT

Sponsorships One way that TDC Group offers support is through sponsorship of nonprofit fundraising events. This not only helps these organizations raise more funds, but provides opportunities for our employees to learn more about these organizations in their communities. Sometimes, event attendance sparks additional support from an employee, whose donation of funds or time volunteering can be matched by TDC Group. TDC Specialty Underwriters’ Charitable Giving Committee, launched in 2023, delivered funds to area organizations focused on food insecurity and addressing basic needs for those facing a short-term financial crisis in 2025. We are committed to reflecting the values of our members and employees by partnering with 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in communities where we have a significant presence. We support local nonprofits, whose teams know the needs of their individual communities best, as well as national organizations committed to creating environments that promote good health for all. The common denominator among all the organizations we support is that they address aspects of life within the domains of the social determinants of health. Thank you, The Doctors Company, for your continued support of children and families in our community. 14 Given the ever-growing need for organized relief efforts in response to natural disasters and health crises, The Doctors Company’s Community Relations team allocates a portion of its budget for humanitarian relief and aid each year. Above and beyond matching any employee donations, and in addition to our other corporate gifts, we provide corporate contributions to U.S.-based 501(c)(3) relief organizations responding to communities affected by crisis. Over the last decade, we have supported numerous programs responding to wildfires, flooding, hurricanes, and the COVID-19 pandemic, among others. In 2025, The Doctors Company contributed to the following organizations responding to the Southern California wildfires in January and the Central Texas flooding in July. Over three weeks in January 2025, destructive wildfires affected the Los Angeles metropolitan area. These killed at least 31 people, forced more than 200,000 to evacuate, destroyed more than 18,000 homes and structures, and burned more than 57,529 acres of land, making them some of the most destructive fires in California history. The Doctors Company donated to five organizations addressing relief efforts. Physicians for a Healthy California (PHC) launched several programs to support affected physicians and their patients. PHC launched a disaster relief fund for reestablishing delivery of medical care in affected areas by providing financial assistance to restore operationality to medical practices impacted by the wildfires, even as they worked to ease regulatory burdens on the physicians and their patients. PHC also published a guide for patients and physicians on patient rights under state law, addressing requirements for health plans and insurers to act quickly to ensure patients’ continued access to care. The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank worked with government agencies, nonprofits, faithbased partners, and others to ensure affected individuals and families had access to nutritious food and essential supplies and to support longterm recovery and resilience-building efforts. World Central Kitchen’s Relief Team provided more than 400,000 meals to first responders and displaced families during its response. It established multiple sites in the hardest-hit areas, coordinated with and funded more than 70 local restaurant and food truck partners to cook and hand out meals, and organized 350 local volunteers to help distribute meals. California Community Foundation raised over $30 million to support more than 200 nonprofit organizations delivering vital services and Southern California Wildfires HUMANITARIAN RELIEF WHEN AND WHERE DISASTER STRIKES

15 In early July 2025, floods devastated communities across Central Texas, with intense rain causing the Guadalupe River to rise 26 feet in 45 minutes. Six Flash Flood Emergencies were issued the same day. At least 139 people were killed, including 117 in Kerr County alone. The Doctors Company donated to two organizations’ disaster relief efforts addressing immediate and long-term needs. World Central Kitchen mobilized on the day of the flooding to deliver meals to affected families and first responders across the region. Before evacuations, they also delivered meals at area summer camps to children, staff members, and rescue crews. The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country created its Kerr County Flood Relief Fund to support recovery efforts through grants to dozens of local nonprofit organizations. These grants included support for temporary housing, rental and down payment assistance, home repair and reconstruction, case management, and grief support for those displaced by the floods. Central Texas Flooding essential aid to Los Angeles’s most vulnerable residents—including renters, seniors, children, people with disabilities, and displaced workers— offering direct cash assistance, legal aid, housing support, food assistance, and more. The Pasadena Community Foundation, through its Eaton Fire Relief and Recovery Fund and its Altadena Builds Back Foundation, delivered more than $24 million to community-based nonprofit agencies to accelerate recovery across Altadena, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre after the devastating Eaton Fire. This funding provided rapid cash assistance, essential services, emergency housing and childcare, case management services, mental health and emergency aid, and much more to thousands of residents affected by the fire. Thanks to donors like The Doctors Company, the PHC Wildfire Relief Fund was able to deliver urgent support to organizations such as AltaMed. One of the largest nonprofit federally qualified health centers in the U.S., AltaMed offers primary, dental, and specialty care, as well as other services to medically underserved communities in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Its physicians were on the front lines of providing care to families and communities affected by the crisis, and their practices faced the overwhelming challenges of not only delivering essential services to these community members but addressing the health-related challenges related to displacement, housing, financial stress, and more. Most critically, these funds have directly supported physicians and their practices as they face the enormous increase in the behavioral health needs of fire victims, as well as the significant healthcare access struggles of senior citizens. We thank The Doctors Company for their support of physicians and the communities they serve.” Lupe Alonzo-Diaz, MBA, MPA President and Chief Executive Officer Physicians for a Healthy California “

16 Since 2019, The Doctors Company has partnered with researchers at UC San Francisco (UCSF) to advance research related to the use of healthcare information technology, including AI, to address longstanding patient safety risks, such as misdiagnosis, medication errors, physician burnout, alert fatigue, EHR optimization, and patient engagement. The Doctors Company contributed $1 million in research funding in 2019 and another $1 million in 2025 to support UCSF’s world-class research community in discovering new insights into safety hazards and developing strategies to keep patients safe. 17 THE DOCTORS COMPANY FOUNDATION The Doctors Company Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a Board of Directors that includes current clinical practitioners, researchers, professors, and retired leaders in their fields, ensuring expertise spanning multiple disciplines and settings. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded more than $8.5 million in grants supporting patient safety initiatives. The Doctors Company Foundation has been a steadfast supporter of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI’s) Lucian Leape Institute for more than 15 years, funding essential programming including the widely adopted tool RCA2: Improving Root Cause Analyses and Actions to Prevent Harm. We were deeply saddened by the passing in 2025 of the Lucian Leape Institute’s founding chairman, Lucian Leape, MD. The Foundation continued its support of the IHI’s Lucian Leape Institute this past year.
